- Academy of American Poets

- Ann Arbor Poetry Forum

events in Michigan.
- Asian American Writers' Workshop

Poetry Webring
- This project links together over 2,800 poetry-related Web sites so that visitors can go
from one site to the next by following a Webring link in each site. All participating
sites are also centrally indexed by the Webring administrators.
- National Poetry Association
- Information about the Association's many activities, excerpts from the printed magazine Poetry
USA, and a chat room. The Association holds an archive of about 400 poetry films and
videos, some of which have been digitized and put on-line by Free Speech TV.

- The trade union for freelance writers. Information about copyright, contracts, and other

Archives (San Francisco State U.)
- Calendar of readings and events and on-line catalog of the Archives, which is one of the
largest circulating collections of literary audio and videotapes in the world.
- Poetry Project at St. Mark's
- The Poetry Project, with its reading series and publications, is an influential force in
American poetry. The Web site includes an events calendar, poems by featured poets, and a
few selections from the Project's newsletter.

- Information about Society programs and awards, an on-line peer workshop, and selected

- Information about the business of writing, including extensive listings of contests and

foremost activity is producing live videoconferences. Information about poetry events, a
